IKUISTA Affiliate Programme for Creators, Clubs and Coaches

IKUISTA works with cycling creators, clubs and coaches as affiliates and ambassadors. You share IKUISTA with your audience and the partnership terms are agreed with you directly. Apply by email with a short description of your channel or club.

Who is the programme for?

• Creators who publish about road, gravel or triathlon on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or a blog.
• Clubs and teams that want a partner for members and events.
• Coaches and fitters who advise riders on equipment.

What do affiliates get?

Terms depend on the partnership and are confirmed in writing. They can include a personal code for your audience, product access and a commission or other agreed benefit. Details are set with each partner.

What kind of partner do we look for?

We look for people whose audience rides or wants to ride, and who explain products honestly. Your channel does not need to be large. It needs to be real, with an audience that trusts you. A club with 40 active members can be a better fit than a channel with many passive followers.

What do we ask from affiliates?

• Use only claims that you can support. Describe IKUISTA as it is: a Finnish direct-to-consumer carbon bike brand with bikes assembled by hand in Tampere.
• Show the real prices, warranty terms and delivery terms from our website, not from memory.
• Mark paid or commission-based content as advertising.
• Tell us when something in your content needs a correction.

How is this different from the referral programme?

The referral programme is for customers. Both the buyer and the referrer receive 5 % off on an order of at least 500 EUR. The affiliate programme is for people who share IKUISTA regularly as creators, clubs or coaches.

What should the application include?

• Links to your channel, club page or website.
• The main topics you cover and the countries your audience lives in. We deliver within the EU.
• Two or three examples of content you have made.
• What you would like from the partnership.

How must affiliates disclose the partnership?

Paid or commission-based content must be marked as advertising. In Finland, use the label #mainos or #yhteistyössä at the start of the post. In other EU countries use the local equivalent, such as #ad or #Werbung. Place the label where viewers see it without opening the post.
