How It Works

  1. Find your bike’s serial number — located under the bottom bracket or near the crank area under the bike.
  2. Complete the registration form
  3. Submit the form. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your registration is verified.
  4. Your registration remains valid for as long as you own the bike — and can be updated if you transfer ownership.
  5. In case of theft or loss, your registration record helps with identification and recovery.
