Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer when the goods are physically delivered to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771.
If the Customer arranges their own carrier, risk transfers upon handover to that carrier.
Title transfers upon full payment.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
All IKUISTA bicycles are individually manufactured and assembled after order confirmation according to the Customer’s configuration and specifications.
Accordingly, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to IKUISTA bicycles.
For non-custom standard accessories or merchandise, where offered, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with EU consumer law.
The detailed procedure for eligible returns is described in the Refund Policy.
Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain fully applicable.

The Customer is responsible for:

Failure to follow assembly instructions may void the warranty.
IKUISTA remains liable for defects existing at the time of delivery in accordance with applicable product liability legislation.

IKUISTA products are covered by statutory rights under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and applicable national law.
