RETURNS & DELIVERY METHODS

This page explains how returns and deliveries are handled for IKUISTA bikes and products. All returns and deliveries follow the process outlined below.

IKUISTA bikes are built to order. Returns are therefore limited and strictly controlled. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The bike is unused
  • The bike shows no signs of wear, scratches, or installation marks
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation are included

All return requests require prior approval. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Approved returns are subject to:

  • Return handling and inspection fees
  • Shipping cost deductions
  • Refurbishment fees where applicable

Custom-built bikes are not eligible for return once ridden, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

30-day fit guarantee

If your bike doesn’t feel right within 30 days of delivery, we’ll help you dial it in.

We will change fit-related components (such as stem, saddle, seatpost or handlebar) to achieve a comfortable and efficient riding position you want.

Component change terms:

  • Replacement components must be atleast equivalent or more in value and category to the original part
  • Customer covers: return shipping of replaced components labor costs for component changes

Our goal is simple: make sure your bike fits you — not force you to live with a wrong setup.

INSPECTION AND REFUNDS

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval. Depending on the condition of the returned item, IKUISTA may issue:

  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • A store credit

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Inspection and refund processing typically take 5–10 business days after receipt.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTES

Delivery fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs may be deducted from refunds if a return is approved. This doesn't apply to cases under warranty.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND WARRANTY

If a return request relates to a manufacturing defect:

  • The issue will be handled under warranty
  • Defective parts will be repaired or replaced
  • Full bike returns are approved only if repair or replacement is not possible

Warranty claims require clear video documentation.

RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

All return requests must be submitted using the official Return Request Form. Requests submitted by email or without the required information will not be processed.

When submitting a request, you must be ready to provide video proof if requested. Providing incomplete or incorrect information may delay or void eligibility for a return.
