What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Klarna and local EU payment options.
Can I pay in installments or financing?
Yes. We support monthly payment options (e.g. 12–36 months) through financing partners. You will see the installment option at checkout if available in your location.

No. We believe in price transparency. The price you see is the full cost (product + base shipping). Optional services (e.g. extended warranty, custom colors) are clearly listed.
Do you ever discount or run sales?
Rarely. We don’t rely on discounting. Instead, we offer limited editions, exclusive drops, and early access for community members.
How do I use a discount code or coupon?
Enter your code at checkout under “Discount Code.” Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

The paid Extended Warranty extends frame and fork cover to 10 years from delivery. It is purchased separately, requires registration, and applies to the original purchaser only.

All non-IKUISTA components are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty (typically ~2 years). Wear parts are not covered: chains, cassettes, brake pads, bearings, tyres, tubes, grips, bar tape.

Technical & Fit
Out of stock
We have a back in stock notification on selected product pages. Select your item, click ‘SIZE OUT OF STOCK?’ below the sizes, then hit ‘NOTIFY ME’ to be alerted when it’s available.
Do you offer a fit consultation?
We do not offer in-person bike fitting. Use the fit configurator on the product page, or contact support with your existing bike fit measurements and we will help you choose the frame size.
Can I upgrade or change parts later?
Absolutely. All IKUISTA bikes are designed to be upgradable. Swap wheels, change cockpit, upgrade groupset later — no proprietary constraints.
Where can I find the serial number?
The frame number (serial) is on the sticker under the bottom bracket. It’s also listed in your assembly documentation and warranty record.
What is the maximum rider weight?
Our carbon and aluminum frames are certified for a system weight (rider + gear + bike) of up to 120 kg unless otherwise specified.
What components do you use?
We use standard, globally available components — primarily Shimano & SRAM drivetrain systems. No proprietary interfaces or brand-specific limitations. Your IKUISTA should be serviceable anywhere.
I have had a bike fit. Can you help me choose the right IKUISTA bike?
Absolutely. Contact us through the IKUISTA Help Center and include your bike fit results. We can review the measurements and help you find the right frame size and setup.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchange process
Contact customer service (email, phone, or live chat) with your order details and reason for exchange. We’ll guide you through packaging, return shipping, and processing. Once received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched.
How do I return my items?
Start with our returns and fit guarantee page, then contact support to initiate the return.
What about returns and exchanges?
You have 14 days to return the bike if it’s unused (excluding shipping cost). Contact us first, then ship it back in original packaging. Exchange policies depend on the situation — contact us and we will guide you.
Can I return a custom-built bike?
Custom-built bikes may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if unused, in original condition, and meeting all return eligibility criteria. Once ridden, a custom-built bike is not eligible for return, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. All return requests require prior approval.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or delivery error. Approved returns may also be subject to handling, inspection, and refurbishment fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What happens if the bike is ridden?
Once ridden, a bike is no longer considered new and is not eligible for return — unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified. If the bike has been ridden and does not feel right, the correct path is adjustment or warranty service, not return.
General
Is assembly required on arrival?
Yes, minor assembly (handlebar alignment, front wheel, pedals) is needed. We include a step-by-step video and mechanical checklist. You can also send the bike to a local bike shop for finishing.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most EU countries. Shipping costs and customs vary by region. In the EU we handle VAT; outside the EU you may be charged local import duties.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Typical build and shipping takes 4–8 weeks depending on configuration, demand, and destination. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
Does IKUISTA have physical stores?
IKUISTA operates primarily through a Direct-to-Consumer model. Selected partners may provide opportunities to see, test ride, or get fitted locally. For customers who want a bike immediately, our Bikes In Stock collection features fully built bikes available directly from stock.
What is the difference between an in-stock bike and a made-to-order bike?
In-stock bikes are fully built and ready for dispatch — the fastest way to get an IKUISTA bike. Made-to-order bikes are built to your chosen configuration. If speed is your priority, choose an in-stock bike. If personalization matters more, a made-to-order build gives you more flexibility.
Customization & Components
Can I fully customize colors, parts, fit?
Yes. You may choose frame finish, contact points (handlebar, stem, saddle), drivetrain options, wheelsets, and more — within engineering constraints. Our configurator guides what is feasible.
Do you use proprietary or brand-specific parts that are hard to replace?
No. We use only industry-standard parts (Shimano, SRAM, etc.) found in almost every competent bike shop. No proprietary sizes or odd interfaces. Your IKUISTA should be serviceable anywhere.
If I choose a rare specification, will you still build it?
As long as the chosen spec meets safety, compatibility, and design guidelines, we’ll build it — but very rare or highly exotic combos may require direct consultation.
Which model is right for me?
Use our size & fit configurator to find the right model and geometry. You can also contact us with your bike fit measurements before ordering. See our full bike range.
30-Day Fit Guarantee
If your bike doesn’t feel right within 30 days of delivery, we’ll help you dial it in. We will adjust fit-related components (stem, saddle, seatpost, or handlebar) to achieve a comfortable riding position. Replacement components must be equivalent in value and category. Customer covers return shipping and labour costs.
Can the frame decals be replaced?
Yes. IKUISTA frame decals are designed to be replaceable, allowing you to update the look of your bike without repainting the frame.
Why aren’t the decals clear-coated?
This is intentional. Decals are replaceable — no sanding or repainting required — enabling personalization and extending the visual lifespan of the bike.
Can I choose the color of my bike?
IKUISTA bikes are available in the standard colors shown for each model. Custom colors are not currently available.
Ordering & Assembly
Can I add accessories before shipping?
Yes. You can select racks, fenders, lights, or other accessories during checkout or by contacting us before final assembly.
My order confirmation hasn’t arrived.
Check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it after 24 hours, verify your email spelling and contact us through the Support Form.
What if the bike doesn’t feel right?
This is usually a fit or setup issue — not a product defect. Most fit-related issues can be resolved through targeted adjustments without returning the bike. Fit-related concerns must be reported within the defined adjustment period and handled through the official request form.
Warranty & Maintenance
What warranty do you offer?
Every IKUISTA frame and fork carries a 2-year structural warranty. Register the bike within 30 days of delivery and that extends to 5 years at no cost. A paid Extended Warranty takes the total to 10 years. Wear items such as chains, tyres and brake pads are not covered.
Do you offer maintenance / service programs?
Yes, we offer subscription-based maintenance packages (tune-ups, parts replacements) for customers within supported regions. Ask in your region for availability.
What if a part fails?
Because we use standard components, you may be able to source a replacement locally. If not, we’ll ship the exact part to your location quickly. We maintain a global spare-parts network.
How do I take care of my bike?
Clean your bike regularly, check torque and tire pressure, and store it indoors away from humidity. Use only water and mild detergent — avoid high-pressure washers. Read the product manual for further advice.
When should I service my bike?
We recommend a full service every 12 months or 2,000 km — whichever comes first. If you hear creaks or shifting issues, book maintenance earlier.
What is the recommended maintenance interval?
Light inspection every 2 months, deep service once a year.
Where can I service my IKUISTA?
At any qualified bike workshop. We deliberately use standard parts to ensure global serviceability — no proprietary tools needed.
How does the Crash Replacement Program work?
The Crash Replacement Program applies to the registered original owner. If your frame is damaged in a crash or accident, you are eligible to purchase a replacement frame or component at a 20% discount. Applies to structural damage only. One replacement per frame. Customer covers shipping and labour.
How to request: Contact support with subject “Crash Replacement Request”, include order number, frame serial, photos, and description of incident.
Second Owner Warranty – How it works
The remaining frame warranty can be transferred once to a new owner. The warranty continues from the original purchase date up to the original total period (up to 10 years with the paid Extended Warranty). Registration of the new owner is required.
How to transfer: Contact support with subject “Second Owner Warranty Transfer”, include original order number, frame serial, new owner details, and transfer date.
Trade-in / Resale Guarantee
Return or upgrade your bike within 12 months of original purchase and receive a guaranteed minimum of 50% of the original bike price as store credit or toward a new IKUISTA bike. Original owner only. Bike must be in good working condition. Customer covers return shipping.
How to use: Contact support with subject “Trade-in / Resale Request”, include order number, bike model, frame serial, condition description, and photos.
