If your IKUISTA does not feel right within 30 days of delivery, we help you dial it in. We change fit-related components, such as the stem, saddle, seatpost or handlebar, to reach the riding position you want. Replacement parts must be at least equal in value and category to the original, and you pay any price difference.
What does the Fit Guarantee cover?
- Stem length and angle
- Saddle
- Seatpost
- Handlebar width and shape
How is it different from the right of withdrawal?
| Fit Guarantee | Right of withdrawal | |
|---|---|---|
| Period | 30 days from delivery | 14 days from delivery (standard-configuration bikes) |
| What it does | Changes components until the position works | Returns the bike for a refund |
| Details | Returns and Fit Guarantee | Returns and Fit Guarantee |
Why does fit matter more on an online purchase?
Most buyers of a bike in a shop try several sizes and leave with a fitted saddle and stem. When you buy online you do that at home. Frame size comes from your measurements and the geometry chart. The parts that touch you, the saddle, the bar and the stem, are the easiest to change. The Fit Guarantee gives you 30 days to find out what your body actually needs.
How do I choose the right size first?
Start with your measurements and compare them with the frame geometry. Read Stack and Reach explained and our bike sizing guide.
Which fit problem points to which part?
This is general guidance, not a diagnosis. Small changes usually matter more than large ones.
| What you notice | Part to look at first |
|---|---|
| Pressure or soreness where you sit | Saddle shape and width |
| Knee discomfort at the front or back of the knee | Saddle height and setback |
| Neck or shoulder tension | Stem length and angle |
| Numb hands | Handlebar width and shape, and the reach to the bar |
| Wide, unstable feeling in the hands | Handlebar width |
How do I use the Fit Guarantee?
- Ride the bike for several rides. Note where it feels wrong.
- Contact us through the Help Center with your height, inseam and photos of your position.
- We recommend component changes.
- You return the original part and receive the replacement. Terms for shipping are on the returns page.
What should I send us for the best advice?
- Your height and inseam.
- The frame size and the stem and bar you have now.
- A photo from the side while you ride on a trainer or lean against a wall.
- A short note on where you feel discomfort, and after how long.
What does it not cover?
The guarantee covers fit-related components. It does not turn a bike that is the wrong size into the right size, and it does not cover damage or wear. Frame size questions follow the return terms, so ask us early. Do not wait until day 29.
