How does Zaver instalment work?
You choose Zaver at checkout, pick a payment plan and receive a credit decision in seconds. There is no separate loan application. Available plans and costs are shown by Zaver at checkout before you confirm. Read them before you accept. If you are not approved, you can pay with another method and keep the same order.
How does Klarna work?
You choose Klarna at checkout. You receive the order and pay within 30 days. Klarna shows purchases and due dates in its app. If you want to return the bike under the right of withdrawal, handle the Klarna payment through Klarna as well.
What does credit cost?
The cost of credit comes from the provider, not from IKUISTA. Zaver and Klarna show the total amount, the monthly payment and the terms before you confirm the order. Compare the total with the bike price. A longer plan lowers the monthly amount and raises the total you pay.
Are payments secure?
Payments are encrypted and processed through gateways that follow the EU PSD2 standards. Payment details are not stored on our servers.
What should I know before using credit?
Check the total cost, the monthly amount and the terms shown at checkout. Credit availability depends on your country and the provider assessment. Read the financing page for current details.
What happens if I return the bike or use a guarantee?
A return under the right of withdrawal ends the purchase, and the refund goes through the payment method you used. The Fit Guarantee changes components and does not cancel the purchase, so your payment plan continues as normal. See the Returns and Fit Guarantee page for the terms.
What should I decide before I pay?

- Decide whether you want the Extended Warranty. It costs 199 EUR and is bought with the bike or within 60 days of delivery.
