IKUISTA bikes are dispatched about two weeks after you order. Each bike is assembled and inspected by hand in Tampere, Finland, then shipped to you within the EU. We do not deliver to Norway, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch is about two weeks. Transit time depends on your country and is shown on the product page and at checkout. The product page always has the current estimate. The two weeks are the time we need to build and inspect your bike. They are not a delay in the warehouse.
Why does dispatch take about two weeks?
IKUISTA sells directly from the workshop, without importers or retailers in between. Bikes are built to the model, size and options you choose. A person assembles the frame, fits the components and checks the result before it is packed. That work takes time, and we prefer to take it than to ship an unchecked bike.
Where do you deliver?
| Region | Delivery |
|---|---|
| Finland and EU countries | Yes |
| Norway | No |
| Switzerland | No |
| United Kingdom | No |
If your country is not in the EU, do not place an order before you have asked us. We would rather tell you now than after payment.
What happens between order and delivery?
- You place the order and choose model, size and options.
- We build and inspect the bike in Tampere.
- We pack it and ship it.
- You receive the bike and prepare it for riding.
What is checked before the bike ships?
Every bike is inspected before it ships. The frame, drivetrain, brakes and wheels are assembled and tested together. All parts are standard sizes: a UDH derailleur hanger, a threaded bottom bracket and an ordinary headset. That means any well-stocked bike shop in Europe can service the bike later.
How should I prepare for the delivery?
- Choose a delivery address where someone can receive a large box.
- Keep a clear space indoors where you can open the box and look at the bike.
- Keep the order confirmation and the frame number close. You need the frame number for registration.
- Check the product page for what is in the box and what you need to do before the first ride.
What should I do when the bike arrives?
Check the box for damage before you accept it. Photograph any damage. Then follow the assembly guidance, register the frame number within 60 days to unlock the 5-year warranty and try the fit. See warranty explained and the 30-day Fit Guarantee.
What if the box is damaged?
Note the damage on the carrier's receipt if you can. Photograph the box and the bike before you move anything. Then contact us through the Help Center with the photos and your order number. Do not ride a bike that may have been damaged in transit.
Can I return the bike?
Standard-configuration bikes carry the 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Details are on the Returns and Fit Guarantee page and the delivery methods page.
How can I pay for the order?
You can pay by card, wallet or bank transfer, or choose Zaver or Klarna at checkout. Read how financing works before you order.
