What does company bike rental include?
The bikes are IKUISTA Vektori, Fluxi, Spektri and Halo models. They are assembled and inspected by hand in Tampere, Finland. Sizing, setup, pedals, service and insurance are agreed in the quote.

How does the quote process work?
- Email info@ikuista.com with the number of bikes, the rental period, the pickup or delivery location and the intended use.
- We confirm availability and suggest models and sizes.
- You receive a written quote with price, terms and what is included.
- After you accept, we prepare the bikes and agree on pickup or delivery.
What should you include in the request?
- Company name and contact person
- Number of riders and their heights
- Start and end dates
- Road, endurance or gravel use
- Whether you want a later purchase option
How should you plan a team event with rental bikes?
- Decide the route and the level. A relaxed ride for mixed ability needs different bikes from a training camp.
- Collect rider heights and inseams early. Sizing takes the most time.
- Send the request as soon as the date is set, so we can confirm availability.
- Agree on pickup, return, pedals, helmets and insurance in the quote.
- Brief the riders on safety, the route and what to do if a bike has a problem.
Can we buy the bikes after the rental?
Ask for it in the request. We can include a purchase option in the quote. Every IKUISTA bike also comes with a 2-year warranty, and warranty details are here.
