IKUISTA is a direct-to-consumer bike brand. There is no dealer between us and you, which is why the same bike costs less than it would through a shop.
What direct-to-consumer means here
Every IKUISTA is assembled and inspected by hand in Tampere, Finland, then shipped straight to the rider. Cutting out the dealer margin does not mean cutting corners: the frame carries a two-year structural warranty, five years once you register the bike, and ten years with the paid Extended Warranty.
Why it does not lock you in
Selling direct removes a dealer, not the parts that make a bike serviceable. Every frame uses a UDH derailleur hanger, a threaded bottom bracket and an ordinary headset, so any well-stocked bike shop in Europe can work on it. You are not tied to us for spares.
