Pre-owned Ikuista bikes, inspected and rebuilt in our own workshop, sold with the warranty still attached.

A Renewed bike is an Ikuista that has had one life and is ready for another. We take it back, our workshop goes through it against a 68-point standard, and it returns to sale only once it has passed every structural check. You get a bike with years left in it, at a lower price, with the remaining warranty transferred to your name.

Two paths

How a trade-in works

1. Enter your frame number

We recognise your bike straight away. Answer two quick questions about its condition and you will see an indicative value on the spot. No photos to upload, no waiting for a quote.

2. Print the label and send it in.

We generate the shipping label for you. You cover the postage, and we take over the moment the bike reaches us.

3. We inspect and grade it.

Our own workshop runs the full 68-point inspection and sets the final grade. This is the one point where the value is confirmed.

4. Credit lands in your account.

Accept the offer and the credit appears in your Ikuista account, ready for your next bike. It is worth more as credit than as cash, because it goes toward a new make-to-order build.

The 68-point inspection

Every Renewed bike passes the same inspection

Our own mechanics carry out a 68-point inspection on every bike. We check the frame and fork structure first, then bearings, drivetrain, brakes, wheels, cockpit, and every bolt to torque. Wear parts are replaced as standard. If a frame cannot be certified safe, it is never sold. It goes to recycling instead.

Ikuista Renewed FAQ

Who pays for shipping?

You do. Once the bike reaches us, we cover everything else.

How is my trade-in value decided?

On your bike's real condition, set after our inspection, not from a fixed price list.

Do I get cash?

Trade-in value comes as credit toward your next Ikuista.

What happens to my deposit?

If your bike carried a recycling deposit, it is settled separately when you return the bike.

Is a used carbon frame safe to buy?

We certify the structure on every bike. If there is any doubt, it is recycled, not sold.

Can I see it before buying?

Renewed bikes ship to you with honest photos from every angle, and a 30-day return if it is not right.
