Valois Handlebar tape

Grip in all conditions

The outer wrap is polyurethane. It holds grip when the bars are wet or your hands are sweaty, and it wipes clean after a dirty ride.

What this gives you:

• A secure hold in rain and in heat
• A surface that cleans up rather than staining
• Confident hands on long descents

Padding that damps the road

Under the PU sits a layer of high-elasticity EVA. It absorbs the vibration that comes up through the bars on rough tarmac and broken surfaces.

What this gives you:

• Less road buzz reaching your hands
• Fresher hands and arms late in a ride
• A noticeable difference on rough roads and gravel

Hard-wearing for everyday riding

The PU outer resists wear from gloves, sweat and weather, so the wrap holds up through a full season rather than fraying early.

What this gives you:

• A wrap that lasts through hard use
• Water resistance that shrugs off rain and spray
• One tape that suits road and all-road riding
